Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use schoolhoursjobs.com (“the site”). The site is run by Joseph Green, a sole trader trading as School Hours Jobs, 15a Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 8PT (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. What the site does
The site lists job adverts from other websites and links to them. We are not a recruitment or employment agency, or an employment business. We don't act for employers or jobseekers, take CVs, introduce candidates or handle applications. Any application, offer or contract is between you and the employer or agency named in the advert.
The site is free to use. We never charge jobseekers any fee, and we never charge anyone a fee or commission for contacting, interviewing or hiring a candidate.
3. Job information
Adverts come from partner sites and employers. We check the stated hours automatically, but we don't check every detail of every advert, and adverts can change or close. Before you apply or share personal details, check the full advert and the employer. We may remove any listing at any time.
4. Other websites
Links take you to sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. There are no paid links at the moment. If we add any, our affiliate disclosure explains how they are labelled.
5. Using the site fairly
Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, overloading it, or copying it in bulk by automated means in breach of our robots.txt. The site's design and our own text belong to us. Adverts belong to their owners.
6. Our responsibility to you
We provide the site free of charge and “as is”. We are not responsible for the content of adverts or partner sites, or for decisions you make based on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Reporting a job
If a listing looks wrong, misleading or like a scam, tell us via the Contact page. We aim to remove problem listings within one working day.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
